Can I track the status of my furniture order?
Yes. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large furniture deliveries, our dispatch team will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items, and custom-made or 'Final Sale' products are not eligible for return.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Ashley Canada provides flexible financing options through our partners, allowing you to pay in monthly installments. You can apply for pre-approval directly at checkout or in-store.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
