Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Our logistics partners will reach out to schedule a convenient time to pick up the item from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
